Modernste Lagerlogistik im Hochregallager der Firma Krenhof
Durch das neue, automatisierte Hochregalmanagement entstehen eine effiziente Lagerlogistik sowie ein optimaler Warenfluss zur Produktion. Ermöglicht wird dies durch ein umfassendes RFID System, das Regale, Gebinde und Stapler beinhaltet.
Die große Herausforderung war in dieser metallischen Umgebung bei sehr beengten Platzverhältnissen ein RFID System zu integrieren welches vollautomatisch auch in 12 Metern Höhe ohne Benutzerinteraktion Container fehlerfrei auf den richtigen Stellplatz bucht. Durch intelligente Algorithmen und intuitive Software konnte dies in kürzester Zeit realisiert werden.
